Q. How can I verify the origin and authenticity of the parts?
A. All our parts are sourced from reputable OEM/EMS companies, and each part comes with accompanying datasheets and genuine certificates, allowing you to confirm the origin and authenticity of the parts.
Q. Do you provide technical support?
A. We are a consignment sales agency and do not offer separate technical support. Direct communication with the original component manufacturer is necessary for technical inquiries.
Q. How does the return and exchange process work for parts?
A.
– Returnable Cases: Returns are possible in cases where there is a clear defect in the part, and a refund will be processed if stock is depleted. We will bear all associated costs.
– Non-returnable Cases: Returns or exchanges due to customer mishandling, such as damage caused by mishandling, are not possible.
– The request for a return is limited to within 30 days after receiving the part.
